Your customers order, track order status and communicate easily with you on their own order page. If they are Mindworking customers, they can also order directly in Mindworking. Or via the system, where all information is automatically filled in based on the case number, so all they have to do is select the package and press approve.

You choose what to say in your messages to your customers, when to send them and who should receive them. The default messages also include a “select merge field” so you can add personalised information to each message. This could be the seller's name, address or similar.

When you create a new user, you choose whether it should be a photographer admin - a user who can see and edit everything. Or a photographer - a user who can only see selected features and can only act on assigned orders.

If there is an error in the delivered material, it's easy to communicate it accurately to your customers. You and the estate agent both have access to a drawing programme where you can mark exactly what needs to be changed. This is forwarded to the subcontractor, who corrects it and sends it back.
